Who they were

The decree on martyrdom records that he was born at Hijar on 1 May 1885, made his religious profession in 1901 and was ordained priest in 1909, and gave himself to teaching theology. Arrested at Barcelona on 13 November 1936, he prepared for death calmly and was killed at the end of that month or the beginning of December. He was beatified on 11 March 2001 by Pope John Paul II.
