Who they were
Born at Castrillo de Don Juan, in the province of Palencia, on 11 April 1896, he made his religious profession on 15 August 1915 and was ordained priest on 26 May 1923. He was killed on 14 October 1936, and Pope Francis beatified him among the Claretian martyrs of Spain on 21 October 2017.
