Who they were
In the village of Puebla de Híjar near Teruel in Spain, Blessed Jacinto Serrano López, priest of the Order of Preachers and martyr, shot during the persecution against the Church. Together with him is commemorated the Blessed martyr Jaime Meseguer Burillo, priest of the same Order, who at Barcelona, on a day that remains unknown, completed the glorious trial for Christ.

Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 25 November as a Dominican priest shot at Puebla de Híjar during the persecution against the Church.
