In the village of Puebla de Híjar near Teruel in Spain, Blessed Hyacinth Serrano López, priest of the Order of Preachers and martyr, shot during the persecution against the Church. Together with him is commemorated the blessed martyr James Meseguer Burillo, priest of the same Order, who at Barcelona, on a day that has remained unknown, brought to completion the glorious trial for Christ.
