Who they were
In the sea off Rochefort in France, in a squalid galley lying at anchor, the Blessed martyrs Jean-Baptiste Souzy, priest, and Ulric (Jean-Baptiste) Guillaume, Brother of the Christian Schools, who during the persecution against the Church underwent inhuman imprisonment and died for Christ, consumed by hunger and disease.
