Who they were
Jesús Pla Gandía was ordained for Valencia in 1942, was auxiliary bishop of Valencia from 1971 and bishop of Sigüenza-Guadalajara from 1981 to 1991, and is buried in Sigüenza cathedral. That diocese and COPE give his birth as 24 December 1915, where the Hagiography Circle record says 24 November 1915.

Why that counted as sanctity
The Holy See gave the nihil obstat in 2016 and Cardinal Antonio Cañizares opened the diocesan phase in Valencia cathedral on 17 September 2016; the diocese of Sigüenza-Guadalajara calls him Servant of God.
