Who they were
Job Yi Il-eon was one of the Korean martyrs listed by the Dicastery for the Causes of Saints, and was killed at Jeonju on 29 May 1839, at the age of 72.
He was beatified on 16 August 2014 by Pope Francis, with the other martyrs of the same cause.
