Who they were
José Badía Minguella was a diocesan priest of the Tarragona region, born at Salomó near Tarragona on 18 September 1863, and was put to death at Reus on 26 July 1936. He was beatified on 13 October 2013 by Pope Francis with Manuel Borrás Ferré, auxiliary bishop of Tarragona, and their companions.
