Who they were
Born in Madrid on 1 January 1881, he was married with one daughter and worked in the textile trade; with his wife he helped the Daughters of Charity and belonged to their Marian association, and he was killed in Madrid on 21 August 1936. Pope Francis beatified him with José María Fernández Sánchez and his companions on 11 November 2017.
