Who they were
José Guerra Andrés was born at León on 13 November 1914 and made his first religious profession on 14 September 1932. Arrested on 15 October 1936 and killed at Paracuellos de Jarama on 28 November following, he was beatified with the Spanish martyrs of the Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate on 17 December 2011 by Benedict XVI.
