Who they were
At Sachsenhausen in Germany, Blessed Innocent Guz, priest of the Order of Friars Minor Conventual and martyr, who, Polish by origin, during the military occupation of his homeland by the followers of doctrines hostile to humanity and to religion, was killed for his faith in Christ by the guards of the prison camp.

As a martyr he was raised to the altars without a miracle.

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 6 June as a Conventual Franciscan priest killed for his faith at the Sachsenhausen camp.
