Who they were
Juan Pedro Roa Molina was a priest, born at Jimena on 14 September 1863 and ordained there on 23 May 1891, who was parish priest of Santiago el Mayor at Jimena and was killed at Cruz de Requena, near Jódar, on 17 September 1936. He was beatified on 13 December 2025 by Pope Leo XIV among the 124 martyrs of Jaén.
