Who they were
A hard-working missionary of the Barcelona province of the Congregation of the Mission, he was born at San Martín de Centellas on 21 July 1879 and was killed on 13 October 1936 in the prison of the castle of Figueras, near Girona, together with other priests of the district. Pope Francis beatified him with Vicente Queralt Lloret and his twenty companions on 11 November 2017.
