Cardinal Jorge Urosa Savino, archbishop of Caracas, closed the diocesan informative process on her life, virtues and reputation for holiness in 2018; he recounts that he issued the edict announcing the cause in April 2012 and that the nihil obstat was requested from the Congregation for the Causes of Saints on 1 May 2012.
