Who they were
In the town of Kharsk near Tomsk in Siberia in Russia, Blessed Laurentia (Levkadija) Harasymiv, virgin of the Congregation of the Sisters of Saint Joseph, who, during the regime of oppression imposed on her homeland by the persecutors of the faith, was deported to this prison camp, where by her glorious death she joined perseverance in the faith to the purity of her life.

The Roman Martyrology remembers her on 26 August as a Sister of Saint Joseph who died deported in Siberia.
