Who they were
Liberia Domnick, Maria in the world, was born on 12 October 1904 at Klawsdorf-Waldhaus, now Gajówka Klewińska. She was killed at Allenstein, now Olsztyn, on 22 January 1945. Pope Leo XIV beatified her on 31 May 2025.

She was shot on the road after leaving the bunker where she had sheltered with the hospital patients, going out to look for food.
