Who they were
Loman, a nephew of St Patrick, converted the prince of Trim and his father and was given Trim for a see. St Patrick consecrated him in 433, the first bishop he set over an Irish see.
He did not long survive; with Patrick's permission he handed his see to his princely convert Fortchern.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
