Who they were

Lorenzo Salvi was born in Rome on 30 October 1782 and in 1801, overcoming the anti-religious climate after the Revolution, entered the Passionists.

A man of God in prayer and in tireless priestly ministry, he spread devotion to the Child Jesus and sought all his life to follow the Son of God, who saved the world through the humiliation of the Cross.
