Who they were
Lorenzo Mora y Rojo was a priest, born at Almonacid de Toledo on 27 June 1891 and ordained on 27 December 1916, who was parish priest of Peal de Becerro and was killed on the death train at the Atocha station in Madrid on 12 August 1936. He was beatified on 13 December 2025 by Pope Leo XIV among the 124 martyrs of Jaén.
