Luigia Tincani was a leading figure in the Italian Catholic lay movement of the early twentieth century and founded the Missionaries of the School, a congregation whose members teach in state schools.

Why that counted as sanctity
The Holy See granted the nihil obstat on 5 December 1987 and the diocesan inquiry in Rome ran from 21 November 1987 to 6 July 2000. Santiebeati still calls her a Servant of God, so she is recorded at that step, although the Hagiography Circle record reports a decree on heroic virtues dated 27 June 2011 that no Catholic source consulted here confirms.
