Manuel Quero Montilla was a diocesan priest, born at Porcuna on 2 July 1872 and assistant parish priest of the Virgen de la Villa in Martos, who was killed on 13 January 1937 at the age of 65. He was beatified on 13 December 2025 by Pope Leo XIV among the 124 martyrs of Jaén.
