Who they were
At Turón in Asturias in Spain, Saints Inocencio of the Immaculate Conception (Manuel) Canoura Arnau, priest of the Congregation of the Passion, and eight companions, of the Brothers of the Christian Schools, who, in the adverse circumstances of their times, won the supreme victory, slaughtered in hatred of the faith without trial.
Among those named is Saint Aniceto Adolfo (Manuel) Seco Gutiérrez.

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 9 October as one of the companions martyred at Turón in hatred of the faith.
