A leader of Catholic Action in Palermo and a primary teacher from 1946, she consecrated herself in the secular institute of the Missionaries of the Kingship of Christ and spent her last decade with an incurable illness.

The diocesan inquiry ran in Palermo from 7 November 1983 to 11 December 1987 and the decree on her heroic virtues was promulgated on 11 July 1995.
