Maria Antonia Destro, in religion Sister Maria Cira, was a Poor Clare of the monastery of the Santissima Annunziata in Corleone (Sicily) who died in 1818 with a reputation for holiness.

The Archdiocese of Monreale opened the diocesan inquiry of her cause of beatification in Corleone on 24 July 2020, after the Congregation for the Causes of Saints granted the nihil obstat on 28 November 2019.
