María del Consuelo González Rodríguez, a sister of the Congregation of the Daughters of the Patronage of Holy Mary, was born on 26 July 1848 and suffered martyrdom on 8 August 1936; the decree gives her religious name as María Josefa del Consuelo and her name in the world as Josefa Rafaela Ana. She was beatified on 16 October 2021 by Pope Francis among Juan Elías Medina and 126 companions of the diocese of Córdoba.
