The Diocese of Ruy Barbosa (Bahia) installed the diocesan tribunal for her beatification and canonisation cause on 15 August 2025 in the village of Alagoas, Itaberaba, after the Dicastery for the Causes of Saints authorised the cause; she is named Serva de Deus.
