The Acts of the Apostolic See record the decree on the martyrdom of Mateo Casals, Teófilo Casajús, Fernando Saperas and one hundred and six companions of the Congregation of Missionary Sons of the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary, in the cause of Barcelona and other dioceses.
