Who they were
At Noyon in Neustria, now in France, Saint Momelin, bishop, who, first as a monk, helped Saint Omer in missionary work and then succeeded Saint Eligius in the episcopal see.

There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 16 October as a bishop of Noyon who had helped Saint Omer in the missions and succeeded Saint Eligius.
