Who they were
At Angers in France, Blessed Natalis Pinot, priest and martyr: a parish priest during the French Revolution, he was arrested while preparing to celebrate Mass and, dressed in mockery in the sacred vestments, was led to the scaffold as to the altar of sacrifice.

As a martyr he was raised to the altars without a miracle.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 21 February as a parish priest arrested during the French Revolution and led to the scaffold in his Mass vestments.
