At Qua Linh in Tonkin, now Vietnam, Saint Peter Đa, martyr: a carpenter and sacristan, who, although subjected to many cruel tortures, nevertheless remained firm in his profession of faith, dying at last at the stake under the emperor Tự Đức.

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 17 June as a carpenter and sacristan who stayed firm under torture and was burned at the stake at Qua Linh in Tonkin.
