Who they were
Rigler taught, directed seminarians and gave retreats in South Tyrol for over thirty years and joined the Teutonic Order in 1842, becoming its spiritual renewer.

The Order's own site for his cause calls him Servant of God and states that the diocesan process closed in 2000 and the Roman phase was opened by decree on 24 May 2002; the postulator is Fr Ewald Volgger.
