Why that counted as sanctity
A notary's daughter from Castelvetro Piacentino, she worked from 1919 as delegate for Emilia and Bologna of the Union of Catholic Women, wrote its diocesan statute and became a national organiser for Catholic Action and a supporter of the Catholic University. Her cause received the nihil obstat on 22 June 2006 and the diocesan inquiry opened at Fidenza on 4 March 2007.
