Who they were
At Susa in Piedmont, Blessed Pietro Cambiani of Ruffia, priest of the Order of Preachers and martyr, who was slaughtered in the cloister by his adversaries out of hatred for the Church.
The miracles
As a martyr he was raised to the altars without a miracle.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 2 February as a Dominican priest killed in the cloister at Susa out of hatred for the Church.
