Rafael Andrés Traver was a layman, born at Seville on 16 April 1887 and a member of Catholic Action, who was shot at Linares on 18 September 1936 at the age of 49. He was beatified on 13 December 2025 by Pope Leo XIV among the 124 martyrs of Jaén.
