Who they were
The Dicastery for the Causes of Saints describes him as the youngest brother of Francesco and Mooti, unmarried, who gladly helped the friars and his own family, was devoted to Our Lady and prayed at length in the convent church.
He was still inside the walls of the convent of Saint Paul on the night between 9 and 10 July 1860, when the Druze broke in and killed him together with his two brothers.
He was beatified on 10 October 1926 by Pope Pius XI and canonised on 20 October 2024 by Pope Francis.

As a martyr he was raised to the altars without a miracle.
Why that counted as sanctity
He was killed with his two brothers at the convent of Saint Paul in Damascus on the night between 9 and 10 July 1860.
