Who they were
Ramón Rojo y Díaz de Cervantes was a priest, born at Almonacid de Toledo on 31 August 1884 and ordained on 16 July 1908, who was parish priest of Cazorla and was killed between Torrejón de Ardoz and Paracuellos del Jarama, near Madrid, on 7 November 1936. He was beatified on 13 December 2025 by Pope Leo XIV among the 124 martyrs of Jaén.
