Cardinal Marcello Semeraro, prefect of the Dicastery for the Causes of Saints, wrote to Bishop Robert McManus of Worcester on 29 September 2025 granting the nihil obstat, so the Diocese of Worcester may proceed and she may be called Servant of God.
