Who they were
At Rome in the cemetery of Basilla on the old Via Salaria, Saint Hermes, martyr, who, as Pope Saint Damasus relates, came from Greece, and whom Rome welcomed as her citizen when he suffered for the holy name.
The miracles
There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 28 August as a martyr from Greece buried in the cemetery of Basilla.
