Who they were
At Puebla de los Ángeles in Mexico, Blessed Sebastian de Aparicio, who, a shepherd, emigrated from Spain to Mexico, where he helped the poor with the many goods he had gathered by his work; then, twice widowed, he was received as a lay brother in the Order of Friars Minor and died almost a hundred years old.

The Roman Martyrology does not describe the miracles approved in the cause.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 25 February as a Spanish emigrant to Mexico who helped the poor and became a Franciscan lay brother.
