Piedmontese priest who founded the Daughters of Mary Immaculate at Molare
Who they were
Ordained for Acqui and sent as curate to Molare, he was a well-known preacher and in 1874 founded the Daughters of Mary Immaculate under the patronage of St Joseph; St Giuseppe Marello, then bishop of Acqui, urged him to write its rule and approved it in 1891.
