Who they were

Also at Carthage, in present-day Tunisia, the passion of Saints Satyrus, Saturninus, Revocatus and Secundulus, of whom, during the same persecution, the last died in prison, while the others, after being mauled by various wild beasts, died by the sword, their throats cut, as they exchanged the holy kiss.

The miracles

There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.

Why that counted as sanctity

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 7 March as a martyr of Carthage who died in prison during the persecution.
