Who they were
At Basto in Portugal, Saint Senorina, abbess, of whom it is told that God, through her prayers, immediately fed the nuns who had been left without food.

There was never a formal cause: she has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
Why that counted as sanctity
The Roman Martyrology remembers her on 22 April as an abbess of Basto through whose prayers, it is told, God fed her nuns when they had no food.
