Silvestre Pérez Laguna

Who they were

Silvestre Pérez Laguna was born at Villar del Campo, in the region of Soria, on 30 December 1873 and bound himself to God by perpetual vows in the Hospitaller Order of St John of God on 16 April 1899. The decree says that the two brothers who follow Avelino Martínez de Arenzana Candela in its list were killed on 7 August 1936 and buried together in one grave, and he was beatified on 13 October 2013 by Pope Francis.
