At Adrianopolis in Paphlagonia, in present-day Turkey, Saint Alypius, deacon and stylite, who died almost a hundred years old.

There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.

The Roman Martyrology remembers him on 26 November as a deacon and stylite of Paphlagonia who died nearly a hundred years old.
