Who they were
In the prison camp of Sachsenhausen in Germany, Blessed Stanisław Kubista, priest of the Society of the Divine Word and martyr, who, during the wartime military occupation of Poland by a regime hostile to God, breathed forth his spirit in this prison amid atrocious tortures.
