Łącka was a Catholic journalist and scout imprisoned in Auschwitz, where she was known for helping fellow prisoners and giving away medicine that could have saved her; she died shortly after the war.

The Polish Catholic Information Agency (eKAI) calls her Sługa Boża (Servant of God) and reports that a register of favours is being kept for her cause and a postulator appointed.
