Who they were
The decree on martyrdom describes her as a professed religious of the Handmaids of the Blessed Sacrament and of Charity, born on 14 November 1890 at Cerecinos de Campos in the diocese of Zamora, who bound herself to God by simple vows on 29 November 1914 and by perpetual vows on 7 December 1918; in the world she was Dionisia Rodríguez Anta. She was beatified on 28 October 2007 by Pope Benedict XVI.

Named in the decree on martyrdom among Manuela del Corazón de Jesús and twenty-two companions of the Handmaids of the Blessed Sacrament and of Charity killed in Spain in 1936.
