Who they were
Tarsici de Miralcamp was born at Miralcamp in the province of Lleida on 11 June 1912, made his solemn profession on 14 March 1935 and was ordained priest on 20 April 1935. His identity as a religious was discovered, and soon afterwards he was arrested and killed at Lleida during the night of 19 to 20 August 1936.
He was beatified on 21 November 2015 by Pope Francis, among the twenty-six Capuchin martyrs of Barcelona.
