Who they were
Tatwine, a Mercian, was a monk at Breedon whom St Bede called 'illustrious for religion and prudence and excellently instructed in the sacred letters'.
He was consecrated Archbishop of Canterbury on 10 June 731 and died on 30 July 734. Miracles were reported through his intercession.

There was never a formal cause: he has been honoured as a saint since before the Church's formal processes began.
