Who they were

The decree on martyrdom records that she was born at Puerto de Santa Maria in the province of Cadiz on 30 July 1888, made her religious profession in 1916 and served the community as infirmarian, and that she kept her consecration so faithfully that she was known for holiness even in her lifetime. She was beatified on 10 May 1998 by Pope John Paul II.

The decree says she lived her consecration with such fidelity and perfection that she was renowned for holiness while still alive.
